1. Controller and service context

The service is provided by the seller that will be identified with the final details: {{LEGAL_SELLER_NAME}}, {{LEGAL_SELLER_ADDRESS}}, primary contact {{LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL}}, tax identifier {{LEGAL_VAT_ID}}.

Until the final details are published, placeholders remain intentionally visible to avoid invented legal or commercial references.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use Kratevia, we may process the following categories of data:

  • account data such as email address, login credentials, linked sign-in providers, and language preferences;
  • content you create inside the product, including habits, notes, missions, personal statistics, and usage preferences;
  • technical data required to run the service, such as session cookies, locally stored UI preferences, and security-related technical logs;
  • data related to trials, plans, subscription state, and billing operations when payments are activated;
  • Terms acceptance logs, including document version, timestamp, acceptance source, and technical hashes of IP address and user agent.

3. Why we use this data

We process this data for purposes strictly connected to providing the service, including:

  • creating and managing your account, handling email/password authentication, and supporting federated sign-in such as Google;
  • delivering the requested features, syncing preferences, and protecting session continuity;
  • preventing abuse, security incidents, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the product;
  • handling trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and operational support when applicable.

4. Sharing with third parties

Kratevia does not currently add marketing trackers, third-party analytics, or session replay tools. Data may be processed by technical providers that are strictly necessary for infrastructure, federated authentication, or payments when those providers are actually enabled.

The list of final commercial providers is not published until it is confirmed. When an external provider is necessary to deliver a feature, the related processing only happens to the extent needed for that feature.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

At the moment Kratevia uses only technical or functional cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the service or for preferences explicitly requested by the user.

For the up-to-date inventory of cookies and storage actually found in the codebase, please refer to the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security obligations, manage the contractual relationship, and document relevant events such as Terms acceptance. Some technical data may be removed or overwritten automatically according to the application's lifecycle.

7. Your rights

If applicable law grants you rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, you can exercise them using the legal contact published on this page.

Any mandatory rights granted by law remain unaffected even if they are not listed exhaustively in this summary.

8. Updates

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the service, authentication flows, billing setup, or technical providers. If material changes are made, the new version will be published with a visible update date.

9. Contact

For privacy or legal requests use {{LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL}}. For non-legal operational support use {{LEGAL_SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
